Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

SUP Yoga provides a unique opportunity to take your yoga practice out of the studio and onto the water, letting the board become your new yoga mat. The beautiful combination of yoga and the ocean provides the perfect balance to align with yourself and the natural beauty that surrounds you. You do NOT have to be an advanced Yogi to partake in this super fun and blissful SUP Yoga experience. We are committed to delivering a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for SUP Yogis of ALL LEVELS!

Class Overview: The SUP Yoga experience starts with a short introduction to SUP and safety instructions to help you become comfortable with your board and paddling. We will then launch the boards and peacefully paddle out around the water. Once we've arrived at our designated location, we will drop anchor and begin a yoga practice designed to connect you to the surrounding elements. Enjoy feeling the sun on your skin, the smell of saltwater, and the sound of the natural rhythm of the waves. Completing each class with a floating savasana, option to rest your hands in the water, will give you a completely relaxing, surrender. The powerful, healing aspects of your practice will provide you with a full spirit and sense of well-being as we paddle back to shore. We look forward to having you join us for this special practice!

**Please note, we need a minimum of 3 people to hold a class and do not hold class if the winds are 8 MPH or stronger.
